Satu Sistem

A shared automation template is only useful if it imports cleanly and carries no one else’s keys. Satu Sistem is a catalogue of community-built n8n workflows for Indonesian users: curated, cleaned, tested, and described in Bahasa Indonesia.

Every workflow passes through the same pipeline before it gets a page:

1. Extract. Read the workflow’s structure: nodes, triggers, services, required credentials.
2. Sanitise. Remove API keys, private email addresses and webhooks that the original author left typed into the file.
3. Test. Import the file into a clean n8n test instance. Anything the engine rejects is dropped.
4. Describe. Assemble a plain-language page from fixed templates, with no free-form AI text: what it does, which nodes it uses, what credentials it needs, how to set it up.

Of the 363 workflows that made the final cut, 357 passed n8n’s import check and went live across eight themes. The other six were left out rather than shipped broken, and the reason for each is logged.

The workflows are community work, credited to their original authors where known. The curation and testing pipeline is mine. The catalogue is free; a small paid set-up kit sits beside it to fund the work.
